Dear all, We are happy to inform you that: ✦ The mainnet upgrade was completed to version tag v6.4.2 on 20th October 2020 at 07:40hrs (UTC). This version contained a fix for smart contract execution. All non-staking transactions were re-enabled thereafter. ✦ The staking contract was upgraded today, i.e., on 22nd October at 08:42hrs (UTC), and the new contract has been unpaused. All funds have been safely migrated from the old contract to the new one. ✦ You can now resume staking related activities such as delegation, reward withdrawal etc., via Zillion (https://stake.zilliqa.com/) or the Moonlet app (https://moonlet.io/). Please note that the new contract contains a fix that brings back the reward cycle to every 1800 blocks (i.e., roughly every 24 hours). ✦ The retroactive rewards for two missed cycles (namely block numbers 838600 and 840400) have already been disbursed in blocks 840796 and 840801 respectively. Delegators can view their missed rewards on Zillion or the Moonlet app. We plan to release a more detailed incident report in the coming weeks.
