Update (19/01/2021) - REST and Wallet fixes now released We have just released the REST v2.3.1 and Symbol Desktop Wallet 0.13.8 and Symbol Bootstrap 0.4.1 releases to resolve the issues noted above, they have passed testing successfully and the core NGL nodes have been updated with the latest REST version.
