Points of Sale Launch complete ✔️ We've initiated the roll-out of our in-store PoS (Points of Sale) in the heart of Beijing to provide the city’s population with a secure channel for vital products, protected by blockchain technology. Milestone reached: our new warehouse encoding app receives an upgrade to facilitate rapid expansion and scaling. The impact of this technology update reaches well beyond our warehouses. Even in cases of manual scanning & updating of the label at supply chain ‘checkpoints’, only a few seconds are required. We've just ordered 300.000 NFC labels to brace for China’s demand, allowing us to cut manufacturing costs by 80% and fully secure a whole new assortment of <$20 products. Hi everyone. This is Alex, CEO of Wabi. We've just rebranded our token to TAEL (ticker remains WABI) and rebranded Walimai, our safe-product ecosystem, to Techrock. We chose these names because of their significance: Tael has historically been a currency and weight measure in Asia. Techrock is called ChenShi (橙石) in Chinese, which is a homophone of the Chinese word for 'Honest'. We've interviewed over 700 people in our target demographic to get it right.
