Canen, Vertcoin Core TeamVertcoin Core 0.17.1-rc1 released! This pre-release reverts the default fallbackfee and minrelaytxfee configuration options to their pre-0.16.0 values. This should fix an issue where users running new installations with default fees are not getting their transactions relayed.
