PIVX core developer Matias Furszyfer have published a new technical whitepaper on an upcoming new protocol called Zerocoin Light Node (ZLN) - Probabilistic Private Multi-Party Computation-Based Protocol, that will allow allow direct Zerocoin spends from a light node wallet. This is a significant advancement in how Zero Knowledge Proof based privacy can be obtained on mobile wallets. It has already been tested working on and will be released soon on PIVX mainnet.
