We’re pleased to announce that our Co-founder & COO, Seema Khinda Johnson has been selected for the Female Founders First programme, created by Barclays and Techstars. The initiative has been designed to provide 30 trailblazing, female-led companies with resources to grow, scale, and advance their businesses. Techstars, the worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed, and British universal bank, Barclays have partnered in this effort to both address longstanding inequities and assist female founders during this difficult time and promote their businesses. The Female Founders First programme was created to increase access to the networks, business advice, and capital women have historically been denied. As one of the 30 selected founders, Seema will receive access to mentorship and networking opportunities, a curriculum of workshops and roundtables, as well as perks and brand-strengthening initiatives for their next rounds of funding or scaling efforts.
