Our token release schedule, which was painstakingly designed by the team with the best interests of the community and the Matic Network ecosystem, kept this explicitly in mind and we are ready to take further considerations for the community in these tough times. April 2020 unlock highlights: • 100% of unlocked Team and Foundation tokens are being allocated towards staking activities. • 100% of Ecosystem tokens are to be used gradually for the long-term growth of the Matic ecosystem via a series of initiatives. • ~89% of tokens unlocked on 26 April 2020 NOT to be released into the market. • Only ~1.3% of the total supply, the Advisory tokens (133,000,000), will actually be distributed. Of these, our advisors have committed to voluntarily deploy at least 50% of these tokens to staking.
