This morning tens of thousands of ticket holders for Guus Meeuwis’ stadium concerts - which is ticketed by GUTS - were able to easily change their tickets to new dates. 🎉 The enormous shows, usually held in the stadium of football club PSV, were slated for June, but were unable to take place due to COVID restrictions. Luckily all tickets were 100% digital! 🎟 Ticket holders for the shows in June were given the opportunity to claim tickets for the new dates in an entirely new venue: Ahoy. (The same place where the Eurovision contest will be held in a few weeks.) 😏 This changing of tickets went very smoothly, thanks to our new Credits feature and of course our awesome dev & support teams! 💪 The move was also covered (in Dutch) by Entertainment Business: www.entertainmentbusiness.nl/live/groots-met-een-zachte-g-concerten-eenmalig-verplaatst-naar-rotterdam/
