We are honored to announce that we expect to file Form 10 with the SEC by March 16, which may ultimately make AirToken one of the first registered tokens in the United States under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Filing a Form 10 and registering AirToken with the SEC will mark a big step in Airfox’s evolution. As an update on the process: After we file (on or before March 16), the SEC has up to 60 days to review and make comments. The Form 10 automatically becomes effective within 60 days after the filing. Once the Form 10 is effective, Airfox can post the final Claim Form and the claims period will then open (for more information, please see the complete SEC order at www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2018/33-10575.pdf). Airfox extends sincere thanks to all who continue to support our mission and the ambitious goal of creating a more democratic financial ecosystem. We hold a deep sense of responsibility to remunerate AirToken holders for supporting our vision of a truly open, safe, and fair financial system for all. Airfox ultimately aims to share with AirToken holders 20% of the profits the company generates from its peer-to-peer lending platform, which remains in development. More to come! We will continue to update you via Telegram, Medium, and Twitter.
